About me

I’m Vic, a freelance marketing consultant with 20 years experience working across touring, venue and festival marketing.

I’ve spent my career helping arts organisations figure out how to talk to audiences - whether that’s for a national theatre tour, fringe show, podcast, or a digital installation that doesn’t quite fit into a neat category.

I combine strategic thinking with sharp creative instincts, working collaboratively to find clarity, tell bold stories and put audiences at the heart of every campaign.

For me, it’s all about seeing the big picture without losing sight of the detail, and I really enjoy making complex projects accessible and engaging. I’m at my best when I’m shaping messy ideas into something that people can actually use - whether that’s a campaign, a piece of content, or copy that suddenly makes everything click.

I’ve worked with some fearless companies including Synergy Theatre Project, Paines Plough and Dante or Die, and with leading venues such as the National Theatre, Southbank Centre, Barbican, Almeida and Royal Albert Hall.

Currently, at Access All Areas, I lead communications that reflect the company’s disruptive, artist-led and access-first ethos.

Outside of work you’ll find me swimming, watching stand-up, cross stitching, and rambling (walking not talking).
